
Delhi-bound flight makes emergency landing at Nagpur after passenger’s health deteriorates

A Delhi-bound IndiGo flight had to make an emergency landing at Nagpur airport on Saturday after a 65-year-old passenger’s health deteriorated midflight. However, he died by the time he was taken to a hospital, the police said. The deceased, Chhotusingh Naryansingh Yadav, travelling from Chennai to Delhi, was a resident of Bihar's Gaya. After he alerted the cabin crew about his health condition, the flight made a forced-landing at the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in Nagpur. An official of Sonegaon police station said he was immediately taken to Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Nagpur, where doctors declared him brought dead.More Related News
