
Cousins, in love, die by suicide in Rajasthan

A man and his cousin sister died by suicide in Rajasthan’s Barmer over a suspected love affair.
A man and his teen cousin were found dead in Goria Kala village of Rajasthan’s Barmer district. Police suspect that the couple died by suicide due to love affair.
The villagers discovered the two bodies hanging from the same noose and informed the police. The police then reached the spot and got the bodies down from the tree. The bodies were then kept at the mortuary of the Community Health Center.
The police suspect that the youth and the girl were in love with each other and killed themselves because of it.
According to the investigating officer Amraram, the police had received information about the dead bodies after which they reached the spot and gathered evidence from the surrounding areas.
Police said that prima facie it appeared to be matter of love affair. However, the police have not registered any report yet, and further action will be taken based on the report.
