On Friday, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra hit out at the Yogi Adityanath-led UP government for “spreading anarchy” and alleged that democracy is being ripped off in the state. The Congress leader, who arrived in Lucknow today, also accused the UP government of inciting violence during the recent panchayat elections.
