In an exclusive interview with Aaj Tak Bangla, India Today's sister channel, Sushmita Dev termed the Congress party’s stance in Assam “confused”. “The Congress went into an alliance with the AIUDF (All India United Democratic Front). Now, after the result, the AIUDF and Congress MLAs are praising the chief minister," she said.
