
CNG, PNG get more expensive in Delhi-NCR as IGL hikes prices | CHECK NEW RATES

As per its official website, IGL has decided to hike the prices of CNG per kg and PNG per SCM in Delhi-NCR. The new rates will be effective April 1, 2022.
The Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) on Friday announced its decision to hike the prices of compressed natural gas (CNG) and piped natural gas (PNG) in Delhi-NCR by Rs 80 paise per kg and Rs 5.85 per standard cubic metre (SCM), respectively.
A single kg of CNG will now cost Rs 60.81 in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, an increase from the earlier Rs 60.01. The same will cost 63.38 per kg in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad and Rs 69.17 per kg in Gurugram.
This is reportedly the sixth increase in CNG prices over the last month and comes on the heels of a hike in the price of petrol and diesel, and a hike in cooking gas LPG rates.
Similarly, the price of PNG has been hiked by Rs 5 per SCM in Delhi and Rs 5.85 per SCM in Noida and Ghaziabad.
Piped natural gas (PNG) will now cost Rs 41.61 per SCM in Delhi, Rs 41.71 per SCM in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, Rs 40.82 per SCM in Karnal and Rewari, Rs 39.91 per SCM in Gurugram, Rs 45.22 per SCM in Muzaffarnagar, Meerut and Shamli, Rs 47.03 per SCM in Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand, and Rs 44.35 per SCM in Kanpur, Hamirpur and Fatehpur.
The new rates will be effective from April 1, 2022, as per information posted on the website of Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL).

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
