Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has issued a high alert in the state after the arrest of Pakistan's ISI-backed terrorists.
Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has put Punjab on high alert after the arrest of four terrorists backed by Pakistan's ISI, who tried to blow up an oil tanker using IED last month.
This was the fourth case of a Pakistani terror module being busted in the state in the past 40 days.
