Cheryl Hines Is Asked About Marriage To RFK Jr. And His Alleged Sexting Scandal

The "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star, who also noted she has a "nice friendship" with Trump, welcomed The Wall Street Journal into her home for a sitdown.
Actor Cheryl Hines played it close to the vest in discussing her marriage to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with The Wall Street Journal this week ― but did offer a peek into the state of their union.
Hines said she is in the home stretch of writing a memoir called “Unscripted” and said after reading it, “One would deduce that we love each other and are still married and whatever we’ve been through is behind us.”
Perhaps the most prominent of the “been through’s” was Kennedy, who’s now the Health and Human Services Secretary in the Trump administration, being accused of a sexting affair with former New York reporter Olivia Nuzzi.
Nuzzi parted ways with the magazine in October 2024 after she was put on leave for a “personal relationship” with Kennedy, who was in the dog house at home for his indiscretion, a source told People. Hines and Kennedy barely spoke for weeks after the scandal broke and Hines was “embarrassed because he got caught,” the source said.
The Journal wrote that the couple declined comment on the allegations but Hines opened up a tad.
