CBI names 4 in chargesheets for derogatory social media posts targeting judiciary

Four individuals have been named in four separate chargesheets filed by the CBI in connection with a case of derogatory social media posts against judges of the Andhra Pradesh HC.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday filed four separate chargesheets against four accused before a competent court in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur in a case of derogatory posts on social media targeting judges and the judiciary. The first chargesheet has been filed against Dhani Reddy Konda Reddy, second against Pamula Sudheer, third against Adarsh Pattapu (Aadarsh Reddy) and fourth against Lavanuru Samba Siva Reddy (Siva Reddy).
