CBI files 2 more FIRs in connection with post-poll violence in West Bengal

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered two more FIRs in connection with post-poll violence that broke out in West Bengal following declaration of result of assembly election in May 2021.
The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered two more FIRs on Friday in connection with the violence that broke out in West Bengal in the aftermath of declaration of assembly election results in May 2021.
One FIR has been filed in alleged murder case of a woman and attempted murder of her husband, while another FIR has been filed over an alleged rape of a minor girl.
