Bulli Bai app creator Niraj Bishnoi had few friends, was addicted to his laptop, says father

Niraj Bishnoi, a 21-year-old from Assam’s Jorhat, was arrested by the Delhi Police on Thursday for allegedly having created the controversial Bulli Bai app. The ‘Bulli Bai’ app on open-source platform GitHub was used to upload the photographs of hundreds of Muslim women without their consent for a virtual ‘auction’.

According to Niraj’s father Dasrath Bishnoi, his son is an intelligent boy with few friends and a laptop-addiction.
