The Border Security Force (BSF) and Assam Police apprehended one person and recovered drugs worth over Rs 1.30 crore from him in a joint operation.
The Border Security Force (BSF) in a joint operation with the police recovered drugs worth more than Rs 1.30 crore in Assam’s Karimganj district on Thursday evening.
Based on secret information, BSF and Karimganj district police jointly launched an operation in the Pirerchek area in Karimganj and intercepted a vehicle.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
