
Bob Garfield fired from NYPR’s ‘On the Media’ over bullying, station says

New York Public Radio sacked the co-host of “On the Media” after an investigation found he violated the station’s anti-bullying policy, the station announced on Tuesday.
Bob Garfield, co-host of the media analysis program, is out at the station after a probe by an outside investigator found he violated the policy, the statement said. A 2020 investigation also found Garfield violated the policy and the station took disciplinary action, issuing a warning of “potential consequences if the behavior continued, and a meaningful opportunity to correct it.”More Related News
