The development will include the Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, with 361 rooms, and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, with 222 branded homes.
BNW Developments has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to launch a Radisson Blu hotel and branded residences in RAK Central, a new mixed-use district coming up in Ras Al Khaimah.
The announcement was made in Dubai on February 17, 2026, where both companies formally unveiled the project. The launch event was attended by senior executives from the real estate and hospitality sectors.
The development will include the Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, with 361 rooms, and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, with 222 branded homes.
The hotel will be built above retail and cinema spaces as part of a mixed-use structure. It is expected to have five food and beverage outlets, meeting and event spaces, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, spa and gym facilities, a business lounge and a children’s club.
The residences will sit adjacent to the hotel and will offer hotel-managed services. This model, often referred to as branded residences, allows homeowners to access certain hospitality services while living in privately owned units.
RAK Central is being positioned as a commercial and lifestyle district within Ras Al Khaimah. The project is separate from Al Marjan Island, which has largely driven the emirate’s tourism-led growth so far. Developers are now looking to expand into business and mixed-use hubs as the northern emirate seeks to diversify its property market.
