
BJP workers distribute essential items in J&K to mark 7 years of Modi govt

BJP's J&K unit president Ravinder Raina claimed that under the stewardship of PM Modi, India is "leading the global campaign to eradicate coronavirus".
BJP's Jammu and Kashmir unit marked the seventh anniversary of the Narendra Modi-led NDA government at the Centre by distributing masks, sanitisers, food items, oximeters and other essential items across the Union Territory. The items were distributed under the "Sewa Hi Sangathan" programme. BJP's J&K unit president Ravinder Raina himself distributed ayurvedic medicines, oxymeters, N95 masks and sanitisers among the military, paramilitary and police personnel, terming them as "frontline warriors of every front". Raina said in the last seven years, Modi government has worked relentlessly for the betterment and upliftment of every person and sector in the nation. He claimed that under the stewardship of PM Modi, India is "leading the global campaign to eradicate coronavirus".
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
