“No Spin News” host Bill O’Reilly on Wednesday warned Republicans about the upcoming midterm elections, citing numerous new polls confirming growing dissatisfaction among Americans over the cost of food, health care and related insurance.
His segment, titled “Bill O’Reilly’s Warning to Republicans,” began with a Marist University survey showing 57% of 1,443 U.S. adults polled between Nov. 10-13 believe lowering prices should be the top priority for President Donald Trump’s administration.
“So there’s no doubt about it,” said O’Reilly on Wednesday about the poll. “And President Trump and his administration, if they want to hold the House and Senate next November, they got to get the prices down of insurance, health care, car, house and food.”
He continued, “Not that far away on the food. The opposition, of course, is hysterical.”
O’Reilly was right to note that Democrats are concerned about the cost of food for struggling Americans, though it currently appears Republicans are most frazzled, as even Fox News host Laura Ingraham warned Tuesday that “the midterms right now look ugly.”
