Bihar to relax Covid lockdown, allow cinema halls, restaurants to reopen with 50% capacity

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish has decided to further relax Covid-19 restrictions in the state. In a review meeting, he decided to reopen cinema halls, clubs, gyms, swimming pools and restaurants with 50 per cent capacity.
