
Bengaluru: Three Nigerians held with drugs worth Rs 80 lakh

The accused had procured drugs from Mumbai and were planning to supply them to techies and students at new year parties.
The Anti-Narcotics wing of the Central Crime Branch (CCB) sleuths in Bengaluru seized MDMA, cocaine and hash oil worth Rs 80 lakh rupees on Wednesday in the city.
CCB busted the drug racket and arrested three Nigerian nationals for drug smuggling.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
