Two caveats were filed back to back at the Supreme Court a day after the Calcutta High Court ordered a court-monitored CBI probe into the alleged incidents of post-poll violence in West Bengal.
Within 24 hours of the Calcutta High Court's order for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the alleged post-poll violence incidents in West Bengal, two caveats were filed back to back at the Supreme Court on Friday. The caveats, which were filed by advocates Anindya Sundar Das and Priyanka Tibrewal, came amidst heavy speculations that the West Bengal government could challenge the Calcutta High Court's order at the apex court.More Related News
