The Delhi Traffic Police has made elaborate arrangements in view of the Beating Retreat ceremony in the national capital today.Also, arrangements have also been for the illumination of Rashtrapati Bhavan, North Block, South Block and Parliament House.

As per the advisory issued by the traffic police, movement of vehicles in the following stretches will be closed from 2pm to 9:30pm.
Vijay Chowk will remain closed for traffic, and the following stretches need to be avoided:
(a) Rafi Marg between Sunehri Masjid and Krishi Bhawan
(b) Raisina Road from Krishi Bhawan to Vijay Chowk
(c) Beyond Dara Shikoh Road roundabout, Krishna Menon Marg roundabout and Sunehri Masjid roundabout towards Vijay Chowk
