Vice-Chancellor Professor Kuldeep Kumar Raina said Anveshan not only provides a platform for young minds to showcase their ideas but also aligns perfectly without a mission to empower students through quality education and transformative research opportunities.
M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) hosted the South Zone Student Research Convention, Anveshan 2025, in collaboration with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
On February 20, nearly 350 students presented 130 projects from across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. Participants showcased innovative ideas in Agriculture, Basic Sciences, Engineering, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, and Interdisciplinary Research.
Chief guest IT-BT Minister Priyank Kharge, who inaugurated the event, emphasised the need for students to contribute to India’s growth.
Medical Education Minister Sharan Prakash Patil highlighted the importance of artificial intelligence and encouraged students to enhance their technological skills to tackle global challenges.
