Andhra Pradesh: Two men sexually assault a girl in front of boyfriend; probe underway

A man was recently tied up to a tree in Andhra Pradesh as his girlfriend was sexually assaulted by two men. The police have nabbed one accused from the area where the incident took place.
In a shocking incident, a girl was raped by two miscreants at the beach in Machilipatnam in the Krishan district. The girl was tied to a tree and raped in front of her boyfriend.
The incident took place 75 km away from the headquarters of Andhra Pradesh police in Guntur on the day when they were busy celebrating the Women's Safety Awards.
The police have nabbed a farmworker for sexually assaulting the girl. As per the report, two miscreants attacked the couple who had gone to Pallipalem Beach in Bandar Mandal of Machilipatnam and raped the girl.
The accused tied the male friend to a tree and sexually assaulted the girl. Bandar Rural Police station has registered a case and is investigating the case.
Police have detained a man identified as P. Nagababu, while another accused is identified as Erramsetti Anudeep. As per the report, further investigation is on.
