Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced the candidature of Sudha, wife of deceased MLA G. Venkata Subbaiah, for the Badvel bye-election, in a stock-taking exercise at his camp office on Thursday.
