The Tirupati airport and staff residential quarters faced disruption in water supply. This happened after a dispute between Renigunta airport manager Sunil and Tirupati deputy mayor Abhinaya Reddy, who is the son of Andhra Pradesh MLA B Karunakar Reddy.
Abhinaya Reddy allegedly cut off the water supply after the airport officials denied him entry to the airport. No official reaction was immediately available.
