After the Canadian government announced that it will take in up to 20,000 Afghan refugees, about 20-25 Afghan nationals living in India flocked to the High Commission of Canada in Delhi’s Chanakyapuri on Tuesday to register themselves for the same. This comes amid the crisis in Afghanistan after the Taliban took control and the Ashraf Ghani-led government collapsed on Sunday.
