
AAP asks Navjot Sidhu to give up police security if he cannot respect cops

Aam Aadmi Party has hit out at Navjot Sidhu and asked him to surrender his security if he cannot respect cops.
On Wednesday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) criticised Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu for his “derogatory” remarks against the police force and asked him to surrender his security if he cannot respect cops.
"Sidhu's remarks against Punjab Police officers at a programme are unfortunate and shameful," Raghav Chadha told media persons in Chandigarh. Navjot Singh Sidhu had allegedly asked party workers to make “cops wet their pants”.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
