979 students from SRKR Engineering College hired in campus placement drive

SRKR Engineering College in Bhimavaram sees 979 students hired by 18 companies with impressive salary packages.
As many as 979 students of SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram, West Godavari district, have been hired by representatives of 18 prominent companies in campus placement drive, said the college secretary and correspondent S. R. Nishanth Varma.
Speaking at a function organised on the college campus on Friday to felicitate the students who got the jobs, Mr. Nishanth Varma said the selected students were offered annual package ranging from ₹3.25 lakh to ₹14.2 lakh.
The institution Director M. Jagapathi Raju and Principal K.V. Muralikrishnam Raju attributed the achievement to the college’s academic progress.
Training and Placement Cell Dean K. R. Satyanarayana said representatives of companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra and Amazon among others and informed that more companies were expected to visit the campus to hire young talent.
College Vice-Principal S.V. Rangaraju, faculty members and students were present.
