Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai spoke to Belagavi DC and asked for a comprehensive report on the death of three infants. The infants died on Monday, January 17, after they were given the rubella–measles vaccine.
Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has sought a comprehensive investigation report on the case related to the death of three children in the limits of Salahalli Primary Health Centre in Ramdurg taluk of Karnataka’s Belagavi district.
Three infants in two villages in the district died on Monday, January 17, after they were given a dose of the measles-rubella vaccine. They are both between 10-15 months of age. Officials suspect infection due to non-sterilised syringes
