2 of family killed, 3 rescued after landslide in J&K's Awantipora

Two people have been killed, and three others rescued in a landslide incident in Awantipora in J&K.

Five members of a family have reportedly come under a landslide in the Noorpora area of Awantipora in Jammu and Kashmir. Two people have died in the incident and three others have been rescued.

The Union Territory has been receiving heavy rainfall since Friday night, while snowfall also started in the upper reaches of the valley. The weather department has issued a high alert for Saturday and Sunday.
