  今日小雪,這時候的冬天跟之前已然不同,前段時間哪怕天再寒、地再凍,也會覺得還有時日,任性起來單衣出門意欲「單挑」;但這個節氣一過,大家就只能乖乖給自己「圍住」,管你是待在大灣區,還是身處東三省,求暖一事,眾望所歸。有時間也得煮一鍋蘿蔔湯,配落雪一口口喝掉,才是最適合眼下的協奏。

  蘿蔔作為最常見的蔬菜之一,生熟皆可吃,尤其在冬天相當受歡迎。不僅是尋常百姓家,就連慈禧太后也專門吩咐御膳房,去弄來蘿蔔嘗新,實屬「官威在身」了。冷風入骨,還有什麼比一碗蘿蔔湯更妙?打我記事時起,它跟冬天便已經緊緊綁定,如果爸媽時間夠,湯裏會有肉丸子、粉絲,豐盛到能當一盤菜;但就算清淡寡水,也會自帶甘甜,入口時平平無奇,再飲一碗,攻勢逐漸猛烈,熱乎氣從腹胃中升起,一點點的快樂和暖意,就在身體中慢慢化開了。

  實話實說,最好喝的蘿蔔湯,一定要配羊肉。豪放的羊大骨在鍋裏咕嘟咕嘟燉着,香氣迫不及待地一步一步狂奔逼近,把白白胖胖的大蘿蔔切好下鍋,它們在小火耐心的滋養下也變得溫柔起來,蘿蔔化解了羊肉的膻,羊肉烘托了蘿蔔的鮮,撒一點葱花香菜,絕對是這個冬天的解憂密碼。後來越吃越發現,普普通通的蘿蔔做成湯,也能有千變萬化風情,比如最擅製靚湯的粵港澳地區,也對蘿蔔鍾愛有加,一份溏心蘿蔔湯,是多少粵菜館子的隱藏神器?再去湘江流域解解饞,初冬的鯽魚在鍋中煎脆,配上切成細絲的蘿蔔,倒入滾水,直到都煮成了奶白色,魚肉易卸湯汁鮮美,明明在天地入眠之際,卻生生品出了萬物復甦的感覺。穿梭千年,小雪依然是最放肆揮灑的節氣,蘿蔔,也照舊美味。
