  圖:「賣魚勝」沒有在此擺檔,卻以雞尾酒形式現身中環街市,玩味十足。

  閒時小酌一杯,讓人在勞碌的都市生活中得以抽離。2017年成立的香港本地氈酒品牌「白蘭樹下」,用上十多種香料和藥材入釀,最主要是白蘭花、檀香、當歸、陳皮和龍井,製成別具風味的氈酒,奪得多個國際獎項。以白蘭花為例,3公斤的白蘭花只能萃取1升的白蘭花精華,該店的做法是農夫要在白蘭花開花前採摘,然後將花蒸熟,防止氧化變味,之後把萃取出來的花油和花水送到荷蘭的蒸餾廠蒸餾。

  白蘭樹下於中環街市開設首間品牌酒吧,除了有多款以氈酒作主角的雞尾酒外,為了配合環境,亦設計了「賣魚勝」、「涼茶佬」、「豬肉榮」、「生果飛」和「菠菜蓮」等五款街市攤檔作主題的雞尾酒,可以邊飲邊感受周邊的氛圍。記者試飲「賣魚勝」真的有點魚腥味,飲時可以混入白飯魚一齊。賣魚勝和菠菜蓮如今沒有在此擺檔,卻以另一形式現身街市,玩味十足。白蘭樹下逢星期一至五下午4時至晚上7時Happy Hour時段,經典Perfume Tonic及「涼茶佬」雞尾酒80港元一杯。
