  今天(7日)是二十四節氣中的立冬,代表已正式邁入冬季。此時人體的新陳代謝處於相對緩慢的水平,是容易引發冠心病、高血壓、慢性阻塞性肺病以及關節炎疾病的季節。冬季養生要注意避寒就溫、保護陽氣,使陰陽相對平衡。若有機會可多曬太陽,維持身體溫暖。

  養生也需順應時節,所謂「秋收冬藏」,此時養生要注重於「藏」,即要保持精神安靜以及運動的習慣。冬季的運動以靜態運動為佳,適量的運動可增強身體抵抗力。

  飲食方面,紫米滋陰補腎、健脾暖肝、明目活血,立冬節氣吃最好。紫米是一種具有諸多營養和保健功效的稻米,富含鐵、鈣、鋅、硒、鉀、磷等微量元素及B群,可以預防缺鐵性貧血、防止疲勞、維持骨骼及牙齒健康。但紫米不易消化,吃太多可能會導致腸胃不適,腸胃不好或脹氣者要避免,發燒、咳嗽、痰黏稠的人盡量少吃,且紫米屬於高升糖指數的食物,容易造成血糖波動,因此有血糖問題的人也要減少攝取。
