  冬季之時,容易出現上呼吸道感染,誘發流感、感冒,大家要有防病意識。

  飲食方面,此時宜清淡,多吃營養豐富又容易消化的食物,同時多吃新鮮蔬菜,盡量不吃刺激性的食物,例如辣椒、胡椒、葱、蒜等。偶爾進食一些滋潤甜食,也是不錯的選擇,如白木耳湯、杏仁茶等。

  •材料:白木耳4克、蜂蜜1茶匙、紅棗3顆、枸杞1小把。

  •做法:

  ①紅棗撥開去籽。白木耳剪掉蒂頭,用水泡軟。
