
Youth charged after police say 13-year-old struck by handgun on Sunningdale Road

London police are searching for three male suspects and have a fourth in custody on weapons charges after a group of boys were surrounded and attacked in north London Wednesday evening.
Police said a 16-year-old was arrested Thursday at his home after the victims and multiple witnesses reported the suspects, wearing ski masks, surrounded the boys on the south side of Sunningdale Road, between Richmond and Adelaide streets.
A 13-year-old boy was stopped by the suspects, police said, and was struck on the head with a handgun carried by the teenager currently in custody.
The teen had taken off his ski mask, and witnesses said he made verbal threats before fleeing after the three other suspects currently being sought by police.
The victim sustained minor injuries, police said.
Police are searching for three males, all of whom are described as slim. One had black hair and was wearing black jeans and a black T-shirt.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was appearing in a London court on Friday. He's charged with the following:
