Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor’s wife, daughters move Bombay High Court for bail

Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor’s wife Bindu and his two daughters- Roshni Kapoor and Radha Kapoor- have filed a fresh petition for bail in the Bombay High Court, after their plea was rejected by the CBI court last week.

Former Yes Bank chief Rana Kapoor's wife, Bindu, and daughters, Roshni and Radha Kapoor Khanna, have approached the Bombay High Court, challenging the special CBI court's order refusing them bail in an alleged case of cheating and corruption.

The CBI court in Mumbai had rejected the bail application of Bindu Kapoor, Roshni Kapoor and Radha Kapoor on Saturday, and had sent them to judicial custody till September 23.
