Xiaomi on Monday (February 2, 2026) said to expand its premium service centres across 15 new cities in India by Q1 2026 through a phased rollout to enhance after-sales experience. This comes after the launch of 10 such premium service centres last year.
The Chinese smartphone maker plans 100 premium service centres across India under its phase two expansion. The new premium service centres went live in Ludhiana, Indore, Visakhapatnam, Surat, and Lucknow in January 2026.
As smartphone replacement cycles continue to lengthen, reliable after-sales service is becoming an integral part of the ownership experience, said Xiaomi.
Under its new premium service centres, customers can expect faster turnaround times, dedicated technical expertise, hands-on product interaction zones, and enhanced convenience features. They can also explore and purchase Xiaomi products.
The response to its first 10 premium service centres opened last year has been encouraging, said Xaiomi. “Nearly 95% of devices were repaired and delivered within 24 hours, repeat visits were kept below 1%, and customer escalations remained under 0.5%.”
It said that over 5,000 customers benefited from Xiaomi’s Wednesday Service Days, an initiative offering free service charges on out-of-warranty repairs, complimentary device health check-ups and professional cleaning, along with free software upgrades.
