WWII vet, 100, lives 'charmed life' in spite of surviving Great Depression, Dust Bowl storms and a global war
Fox News
World War II veteran Keith Davison shares with Fox News Digital a look back at his "charmed life" and all that he's seen over the years as he celebrates his 100th birthday.
"Everybody has different opportunities and then you have to make decisions. If you're careful about that and make the right decisions, it's better. But when I was in Sunday school in a tiny little church, we used to sing an old song about [how] God will take care of you. And I think that’s true." "You’ve got to be open to things and use what you learn. And realize that human beings are different and you can learn something from anyone." "People think that lawyers are just good talkers, but actually, to be a good lawyer, and especially to be a good judge, you have to be a good listener." Gretchen Eichenberg is a contributing reporter for Fox News Digital.
Davison said he never had what he called a "Billy Graham moment," in which he could hear God’s voice.
