WTC Final: Ravichandran Ashwin overtakes Pat Cummins to become leading wicket-taker in World Test Championship

Ravichandran Ashwin sent back both New Zealand openers in the final session of play to become the leading wicket-taker in the World Test Championship in Southampton on Wednesday.

Ravichandran Ashwin will finish the ICC World Test Championship as the most successful bowler after he overtook Pat Cummins on the final day of the competition in Southampton on Wednesday. Ashwin got rid of New Zealand openers Tom Latham and Devon Conway to become the leading wicket-taker in the inaugural WTC which in August 2019.
