Workflow of ‘Fatwa Talk’ platform reviewed

Doha, Qatar: Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs H E Ghanem bin Shaheen Al-Ghanem together with Ministry’s Undersecretary Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Thani and a number of Ministry officials held a meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters with the supervisors of the smart fatwa platform Fatwa Talk.

During the meeting, the Minister reviewed the platform’s operating mechanism and the methods it uses to respond to inquiries and Sharia fatwas.

The meeting and review of the platform’s workflow come within Minister’s keenness to follow up on the performance of the smart platform and keep pace with the technological development witnessed across all sectors of the Ministry with the aim of providing advanced services in the field of Sharia fatwas to the community.

During the meeting, the Minister and his accompanying delegation listened to a detailed explanation of how the platform works.

The platform aims to facilitate communication with the public and provide Sharia fatwas in an innovative and rapid manner relying on the latest artificial intelligence technologies to ensure the accuracy and speed of responses.
