Women and human rights groups have urged the acting Chief Justice of Telangana High Court to halt cremation of the Hyderabad minor rape-murder case accused who was found dead on railway tracks on Thursday morning.
Hours after the accused in Hyderabad minor rape-murder case was found dead on the railway tracks in Warangal, women and human rights organisations have urged the acting Chief Justice of Telangana High Court to halt his cremation and conduct a post-mortem as per Supreme Court guidelines.
A delegation of Women and Transgender organisations Joint Action Committee (WT-JAC) and human rights organisations submitted a memorandum to the acting Chief Justice, Telangana High Court, Hyderabad seeking his immediate intervention in the case of the "suspicious disappearance" and "subsequent death" of the accused, Pallakonda Raju (30).
