Woman charged with 2nd-degree murder following suspicious death in Saskatoon

Saskatoon police have charged a woman with second-degree murder after a Friday night death that investigators initially considered suspicious.
Officers were called to a home on the 1600 block of Seventh Street E., in the Holliston area, at about 7:25 p.m. Friday, where the body of a 37-year-old man was found, police said in an early Saturday news release.
Police said a 20-year-old woman was taken into custody but not charged. Later on Saturday, police said the woman was charged with the man's death.
The victim has been identified as Adam Willett of Saskatoon.
Major crime investigators and technicians from the forensic identification section were continuing their investigation on Saturday.
Police do not believe there is a danger to the public.
