Whoopi Goldberg Asks The 1 Question We’re All Thinking After Trump’s Recent Antics

The "View" panelists discussed a range of hot topics, including Trump’s recent remark about the U.S. Constitution.
On Monday’s episode of “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg posed a striking question amid a group discussion of President Donald Trump.
The panelists were discussing Trump’s recent “Meet the Press” interview, in which he was asked about mass deportation and whether he has a duty to uphold the Constitution. Trump appeared unaware of his obligation to “uphold due process rights laid out in the Constitution,” The Associated Press reported.
After a clip of the interview played, a visibly frustrated Goldberg reminded viewers of the presidential oath Trump has now taken twice — in which he pledged to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
“So I don’t know why you don’t remember it, because we saw you say it,” she stated, exasperated. “This isn’t AI you. That was you, two times.”
Goldberg didn’t mince words, adding that Trump should “not be president” if he’s unaware of the duties of his role, and should stop behaving as if the American people were “the idiots” in this narrative.
