Whitehorse RCMP investigating sudden death in Shipyards Park area

RCMP in Whitehorse are investigating a sudden death in the Shipyards Park area downtown.
In a news release on Thursday afternoon, police advised that the area from the Shipyards parking lot to the river was closed off, including the walking trail. They asked people to avoid the area.
Police and the Yukon's Coroner Service were at the scene investigating.
No other details have been released.
