There are some people who think the Jets should draft Aaron Rodgers’ successor this year and let him learn under Rodgers for the next two years like the Packers did with Jordan Love.
I don’t think the Jets are there yet.
Joe Douglas signed Tyrod Taylor to be Rodgers’ backup and I don’t see that changing.
However, the Jets do need to add a third, developmental quarterback. That could happen on Day 3.
