For generations people have been fascinated by rainbows, citing everything from God to good luck. Two scientists reveal what's at work when this colorful phenomenon shows up.
To see a rainbow, the sun must be shining from behind you and the water droplets must be in front of you. You may even be lucky enough to witness a double rainbow when the light is reflected twice. Erica Lamberg is a contributing writer for Fox News Digital.
