Sandman is an orange cat that bounced back after being found very sick on the streets of Virginia. He loves to purr and snuggle the volunteers at his shelter.
King Street Cats is an all-cat, no-kill shelter located in Alexandria, Virginia, completely run by volunteers. Christine Rousselle is a lifestyle reporter with Fox News Digital.
