Stressing that the need to focus on his young family would have played a part in his decision to quit Test captaincy.

Virat Kohli was playing as a non-captain for the first time in more than 5 years on Wednesday as he took the field in India's first ODI against South Africa under KL Rahul's captaincy in Paarl. Kohli quit as Test captain earlier this month after India lost a 3-Test series 2-1 to South Africa last week.
