Sourav Ganguly, president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, on Thursday said that Virat Kohli’s decision to step down as captain of the T20I side after the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup has been made, keeping in mind the future roadmap.
Virat Kohli on Thursday announced he will step down as India's T20 captain after the T20 World Cup in UAE but will continue to lead the side in ODIs and Test cricket.
Sourav Ganguly, president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said that the decision has been made keeping in mind the future roadmap.
