Villagers turn to boats as heavy rain hits connectivity in Patna

With the Ganges flowing above the danger mark in parts of Patna, connectivity to several villages has been cut off, forcing people to use boats to travel for their routine work.
Incessant rainfall in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand has led to a rise in the water level of the Ganges in several parts of the country, including Bihar. The river is flowing above the danger mark of 48.60 metres at Gandhi Ghat in Bihar's Patna. Patna's Krishna Ghat has also completely submerged in water, however, this has not stopped locals from visiting the ghat.More Related News
