Uttarakhand cabinet minister Harak Singh Rawat tendered his resignation from the post on Friday. The forest minister reportedly resigned in a huff while the cabinet was holding a meeting at the secretariat.
Expressing anger over the state government’s lack of approval for a medical college, Harak Singh Rawat said, “My own government is keeping the approval for the medical college in Kotdwar hanging.”
