
US sees general decline in monkeypox cases, some areas still experiencing spikes

A doctor from the U.S. CDC, Director Rochelle Walenskyz, says that monkeypox cases in the U.S. are generally on the decline, but are rising in some areas.
Nearly 23,000 cases of monkeypox have been identified across the United States as of Sept. 14, Walensky told reporters.
